Where they help
Good fits for a mini-split.
If a space has no ductwork, or never keeps up with the rest of the house, a mini-split may help.
Additions
New space that your current system wasn’t built for.
Problem rooms
A bonus room or bedroom that’s always too warm or cold.
Garages & workshops
Spaces where you spend real time.
Small offices
Rooms that need their own control.
How they work
No ductwork required.
A mini-split connects an outdoor unit to one or more indoor units through a small line set. Each indoor unit can be controlled on its own, so you can set the temperature room by room.
We look at the space, how you use it, and where equipment can go, then explain your options.

Before you call
A few practical answers.
Can one outdoor unit serve more than one room?
Often, yes. Some systems connect several indoor units to one outdoor unit. We’ll explain what fits your space.
Do mini-splits heat as well as cool?
Many do. We’ll go over the options for your space during the assessment.
Does a service request book an appointment?
No. A request tells us what’s going on. A member of our service team will contact you to confirm the next step. For anything urgent, call instead.
